La pietra antica O' munti - RistoranteThe food of our restaurant is typical Sicilian, home cooking ,simple but genuine and very high quality.

In the “du’ Munti” starter, rich in vegetables from our garden, or local agriculture, one cannot miss the characteristic “caponata” or our “arancino o’munti”.

The first courses are made with fresh home-made Pasta and also the classic “macaroni” are home made.

The second course is meat and you can choose meatballs cooked in lemon leaves, sausage and barbecued mutton, falsomagro, sweet and sour rabbit, capocollo with porcini mushrooms and Etna apples simmered with Nerello Mascalese.

And… to delight the palate… sweet cakes with pistachios, almonds or hazelnuts

We also prepare cakes for weddings, baptisms, first communion, confirmations, birthdays and any other event to celebrate together with menus customized for you.

Menu for celiacs and other intolerance / allergies in addition to the menu for vegetarians and vegans.

In the winery there are only red and white wines of Etna Doc and IGT (Etna rosso, Nerello Mascalese ,Insolia).

The dish “du’ Munti” starter was ranked first in the event “inverni di vini” which took place in 2007.
